General Strat

    Phase 1

  • The boss will be tanked in the same spot near mid/front on pull and after every p2. Raid will be stacked behind the boss on a marker.
  • In mythic, half of the raid will be in the Twisted Realm while the other will be in the Clouded Realm.
  • There will be wall adds similar to coven that will walk from one side of the room to the other. They are cc’able but only one half of the raid will be able to actually see them at a time. Tag them after 30s to kill them.
  • When debuffed with Shred Psyche, you will need to run out to the called marker to drop your add. Dps in the same realm as this person needs to kill this add AFTER it finishes casting Psychic Outburst.

  • Phase 2 - every 20%

  • Boss Illusions will spawn along both walls. We need to kill the real boss while avoiding killing the Illusions. Killing an Illusion will wipe the raid.
  • Leader will worldmark which Illusions they see. Someone in the other realm will confirm which one of those is also in their realm. The Illusion that is in both realms is actually the boss and is the main kill target. Using generators on non kill targets is fine as long as only the kill target dies and the others do not.
  • Everyone needs to be weary of the wall adds that may still be up and crossing the room from p1. Communicate if you see them still up as half the raid cannot see them.
  • The shorter each p2 is, the smaller the permanent shadow damage taken debuff will be.

Abilities

    Phase 1 - The Prophet

  • Shadow Shock (Tank) - Inflicts 98k Shadow damage and increases all Shadow damage taken by 15% for 5s to the Prophet’s current target and 2 other random players, stacks.
  • Shred Psyche (Mythic) - The Prophet rips at the mind of random players. After 5s this causes them to shed part of their psyche, visible only to players that share their Twisted or Clouded Mind, and explodes in a Psychic Outburst.
    • Psychic Outburst - The remnant of the player’s shredded psyche lashes out, exploding for 589k Shadow damage to all players. Damage decreases the firsther players are from the point of impact. Afterwards, the Shredded Psyche continues to cause Psychic Reverberations until defeated.
    • Psychic Reverberations - The Shredded Psyche continues to inflict 20k Shadow damage every 1.5s until defeated.
  • Images of Absolution - The Prophet manifests an army of illusions. Each inflicts 196k Shadow damage every second to nearby players.
    • Intangible Illusion - Immune to all damage for 30s
    • Surging Images - The Prophet manifests an army of illusions. Each inflicts 196k Shadow damage every second to nearby players.
  • Phase 2 - Illusionary Projections - Every 20%

  • Illusionary Projection - The Prophet inflicts all players with either Clouded Mind or Twisted Mind and projects illusions of himself throughout the arena. Damaging illusions causes a Mindquake. Identifying and damaging the Prophet himself will cause the illusions to dissipate.
    • Clouded Mind - The Prophet’s magic clouds half of his enemies’ minds, forcing them to perceive several illusions of the Prophet himself.
    • Twisted Mind - The Prophet’s magic twists half of his enemies’ minds, forcing them to perceive illusions of the Prophet
  • Dark Ritual - The vile ritual performed by the Prophet’s illusions increase all Shadow damage players take by 2% every 5s, stacks.
  • Illusionary Bolt - The Prophet’s illusions inflict 49k Shadow damage to players every 2s.
  • Mindquake - Upon death, false illusions of the Prophet explode, inflicting 491k Shadow damage to all players.
